Apartment is fully stocked to enable Guests to live like a local and enjoy our amazing area of Florida. Our goal is to be the best Host/Hostess in this entire area with luxury accomodations for our Guest. If there is any reason why you can't give us a 5-Star Rating, PLEASE let us know immediately what we need to do to receive a 5-Star Rating. We thank you for booking with us and want you to have an incredible time in southwest Florida! 1-2 Adults only. No Pets. No Minors. No Parties or Events. No Outside Visitors. No late Check-Outs. No Smoking or Vaping. Only Guests listed on booking on property. No breaking, removing or destroying property. Minimum 3 Nights - Maximum 28 Nights. Leave the Apartment in check-in condition. Place trash in outside garbage can at departure. Violation of terms forfeits deposit. PLUS minimum $500.00 charge for each term, condition or rule violated. In case of lawsuit, you agree to pay all court costs and attorneys fees. We are very loving and respectful and expect the same in return.
